Here's How It Works
TAG MY MUSIC x THE GOSPEL UNDERGROUND
is a 2-in-1 solution for tagging and registering your music with Soundscan, BDS, and Media Base to track sales, spins, and Billboard Chart Status.
In 3 EASY steps, you can have your music tagged, registered, and ready to be tracked for your next release!!
1. READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE below and agree to them when you process payment.
2. Gather your information. Download the TAG MY MUSIC Spreadsheet (below) and fill it out with the requested information.
3. Submit Your Metadata & Make Your Payment. Once you have completed the TAG MY MUSIC Spreadsheet, submit it to us and process payment.
Once the process is complete you will receive an email from us with your completely tagged and registered music.

Tag My Music TERMS OF SERVICE

The Gospel Underground is responsible to ONLY tag your music files (MP3s) and register your music with SoundScan, BDS, and Media Base. Upon completion of both tagging and registering the music, we will submit to customers their fully tagged and registered music in the same format (MP3) in which it was sent to us.

Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends) for the completion of service. Please note, services may be prolonged if all required documents are not submitted together, or if your documents have been submitted within a holiday season.

You own 100% of your submitted music and The Gospel Underground holds no right to share, distribute, or review the submitted music.

You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate information through the Tag My Music Spreadsheet. In the event that you have submitted incomplete or inaccurate information and will require us to edit your MP3 files after we have completed the service, you are required to make your request via email to gospelundergroundradio@gmail.com and to pay a service fee between $55 and $150 to www.paypal.me/thegospelunderground depending on the amount of editing you will need. (the service fee is at the discretion of The Gospel Underground).

In the event that you are unable to submit a large amount of files through our processing platform, we advise that you use www.WeTransfer.com to submit your documents.
