Jenise La Vonne is an award-winning independent gospel artist, songwriter and mentor. Like most gospel artists, Jenise began singing in the children's choir at church and has since progressed to national and international music ministry.

With only a simple desire to sing to the glory of God, Jenise yielded to the will of God to do more than just music and has progressed from gospel artist to gospel music minister.

Jenise is the CEO of Unusually Anointed Music Group in which she executive produced her own EP entitled, The Call. She and her team secured a two-month media tour for The Call album independent of a distribution deal or PR agency. She is a knowledgeable worship seminar facilitator, directing and assembling groups for special events. Jenise has been blessed with the ability to see the potential and coach gospel artists and even her own producer Tarence Farrell (Levite Music) to begin songwriting and growing in music ministry.

Her obedience to the Lord to look beyond gospel music as simply a career and a true ministry has opened doors for Jenise to sing internationally with Dove Award winning song writer John David Bratton (Every Praise) and has connected her with several industry professionals including Shawn Gibbs (The Firm Management), Preacher Man and Lady A.C.E. (1240 AM WGBB Gospel Celebration - Radio), Keyondra Lockett (artist), Richard Smallwood (artist), Meta Washington (Kirk Franklin’s Praise on Sirius XM Radio), Andrea Rene Wiliams (Tehilla Enterprised – PR/Marketing) and many more.
